When we work together, you often leave the office or sign off of Skype with some homework to do that includes tapping. Tapping daily has many benefits to both our emotional and physical health. We all have different learning styles however and for some people, a few suggestions or a handout near the end of a session isn't always enough to have them continue with confidence on their own.  For others, they totally understand the tapping, and how to do it effectively for themselves, but the problem is remembering to do it.
EZtapping
EZtapping is an online tapping program where you choose the program you want and what time you would like the reminder every day.  Each day at the time you choose, a notice appears in your inbox and you click on the program which leads you through 5 minutes of tapping related to your chosen theme.  A great way to make tapping part of your day! The aspects change daily and we recommend you do it for 30 days to achieve the best results.
(Note, there are not 30 different aspects for each program, but often when you see the same aspect a week or so later, your perspective about it has changed.)

This program is the brainchild and creation of EFT practitioner Jenny Rice.  I am happy to provide one or more monthly subscriptions as part of my transformational programs.  These subscriptions are also available on their own for $30 each. If this option interests you, contact me to arrange.
